Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for guaranteeing inventory and shipping count accuracy to ensure that each delivery is accounted for in a structured and organized manner. To be successful in this role, you should be fully bilingual in English/Spanish with at least a year of relevant experience in a warehouse or packaging role. Warehouse Shipping Supervisor Responsibilities • Track and record daily inventory • Oversee all outbound shipping parcels • Reconcile inventory counts with data storage system • Schedule freight logistics to optimize efficiencies • Analyze cost-effectiveness of transportation of products or supplies • Report all inventory discrepancies to management Warehouse Shipping Supervisor Qualifications • 1+ years of warehouse or packaging experience required • Basic computer proficiency required • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
