Our client in the jewelry wholesale industry is looking for an eCommerce Marketplace Manager to add to their team in New York, NY. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for expanding various aspects of the e-commerce operations, managing accounts, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. To be considered, you must have at least 2 years of eCommerce experience dealing with big retail companies, in addition to experience with jewelry. To be successful in this role, you must be able to identify new opportunities and expand new accounts, as well as manage relationships with retailers.
