Senior Buyer - Consumer Products/Finished Goods Sourcing

Our client in the wholesale distribution industry, focused on restaurants and industrial customers, is looking for a Senior Buyer to add to their team in Lodi, New Jersey. This dynamic position offers a hybrid work model, with three days onsite and flexibility for remote work the remainder of the week. You will be responsible for developing and improving the global sourcing strategy for your designated product category. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with international suppliers across multiple factories, including sourcing consumer products and/or finished goods. Experience related to tabletop, kitchen products, janitorial, and plastic manufacturing is preferred but not required. To be successful, you must have strong business acumen, keen negotiation skills, display a high level of interpersonal communication, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
