Our client, an established retailer with multiple locations across Wisconsin, seeks a Manager for their store in southwest Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will oversee overall store performance, lead the execution of complex inventory resets, and manage a team that seasonally fluctuates between 25-35 employees. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a retail property and is extremely hands-on, resourceful, collaborative, and accountable. Assistant Store Managers or Department Managers from Big Box/large scale retailers will be considered. To be successful, you must be comfortable with ambiguity in year one as you experience a complete cycle of seasonal resets and the variables that come into play.
