Our client, an established retailer with multiple locations across Wisconsin, seeks a Manager for their store in Wauwatosa, WI. You will oversee overall store performance, lead the execution of complex inventory resets, and manage a team that seasonally fluctuates between 15-40 employees. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a retail property with full ownership and is extremely hands-on, resourceful, collaborative, and accountable. Assistant Store Managers from Big Box retailers will be considered. To be successful, you must be comfortable with ambiguity in year one as you experience a complete cycle of seasonal resets and the variables that come into play.
