Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to add to their growing team in Northern Minnesota. You will be responsible for driving a culture that upholds quality standards and fosters accountability to ensure measurable deliverables result in meaningful improvement in QA performance. Ideal candidates will have a strong background managing suppliers with a proven track record of reducing failure rates, Fcost, and MTBF. To be successful in this role, you must be a dynamic speaker who can influence a mentality shift from “how can we get this done at any cost” to, “how can we get this done within our standards. ” Beyond the bullets below, our client has created this role to find the person who can use their experience and passion to usher universal buy-in that allows for quality to be at the forefront of each decision.
