National Sales Manager

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a National Sales Manager to add to their team near Milwaukee, WI. You will be responsible for managing a sales team of six (6) direct reports made up of regional sales managers, inside sales reps and sales engineers. You will be responsible for a couple key accounts, while overseeing sales focused on electrified rail transit and electric vehicle charging, providing support to the inside and outside sales staff, and employing strategies to increase revenue. Our client is looking for a sales leader with previous technical sales experience involving long or complex sales cycles for high-current, high-voltage type products, preferably in power generation, e-mobility, or industrial electrified products. To be successful, you must have experience managing a department or business unit with P&L responsibilities, able to implement strategies and sales goals to increase revenue, and the ability to drive a long sales process, as project timelines can span years from concept to contract.
