Manufacturing Supervisor (Raw Materials/Thermoplastics)

Our client in the industrial equipment industry is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to add to their team in Hanover, Massachusetts. Working in a clean room environment, you will be responsible for managing the safety and quality of manufacturing operations to ensure timely testing and release of production compounds such as rubber, mixing powders, and plastics. Our client will provide a hands-on training program, so an industry-specific background in raw materials is not required. To be successful, you should have at least two years of industrial or manufacturing experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Our client is looking for a working leader, someone who is willing to get their hands dirty and work hard alongside their technicians.
