Our client, an incredibly successful and innovative start-up in the chemical manufacturing industry, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Framingham, Massachusetts.  You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical and mechanical needs for the production facility, including production batching equipment and machinery. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in pneumatics and electrical control panels and be mechanically inclined, with fabrication and welding experience as a bonus. In this autonomous and entrepreneurial environment, you will be able to put your fingerprints on product design and innovation with very little red tape.
