Injection Molding Supervisor

Our client is looking for an Injection Molding Supervisor to add to their team near Indianapolis, IN. You will be responsible for setting up new 500 to 750-ton injection molding presses and robots, writing SOPs, and supervising the team to meet quality and production goals. To be successful in this role, at least 5 years of hands-on injection molding supervisory experience, the ability to set up new presses and robots, and a track record of meeting and exceeding production KPIs, safety, and quality standards while managing a high-performing team using lean principles and concepts.
