Our client, an incredibly successful and innovative start-up in the chemical manufacturing industry, is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team in Framingham, Massachusetts. You will be responsible for growing their existing business, identifying new markets, and building out a sales department. An ideal candidate is an ambitious, competitive go-getter with an entrepreneurial spirit who would be excited to build (and lead) their own sales team from scratch. To be successful in this role, you should have at least five years of sales experience with a strong book of business in the paper, packaging, or textile industry. This role involves up to three domestic overnight travel trips per month visiting prospective clients and pitching the value proposition of our client’s product line.
