Our client is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to add to their team in Miami, Florida. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for all HR related tasks, policies, and systems. Our client is looking for someone with at least two years of experience in either human resources or recruitment. To be successful in this role, you must have exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Ideal candidates have comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and systems, are adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution, and are detail oriented as well as organized.
