Our client in the industrial parts & equipment industry is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team in East Portland, Oregon. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage the engineering team, enhance technical product knowledge, support sales and marketing efforts, and play a key role in client-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing and industrial parts such as bearings, gearboxes, sheaves, sprockets, shaft couplings, pumps, or motors.
