Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to add to their team in Warwick, RI. You will provide customer service and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of a busy office, as well as answering client inquiries. Our client is looking for someone preferably with previous customer service and/or administrative support experience, but more importantly, someone who enjoys creating rapport with customers, is detail oriented with a good personality and enjoys working in a team-based environment. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, accurate and demonstrate sound work ethics with the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email.
