Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a hands-on Controller to add to their team in Elizabeth, NJ. In this role, you will manage daily accounting operations and drive process improvements to elevate capabilities to prepare for future growth. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting and customer-focused mindset within manufacturing. To be successful, you must be willing to roll up your sleeves, identify areas needing process improvement and implement best practices for financial reporting, forecasting, budgets, inventory management, and profitability analysis. This is a tremendous opportunity with a well-established company to make a significant impact that could lead to near-term career growth, given the transition from an external CPA firm to in-house financial management.
