Our client is looking for an Automation Manager to join their team in Midland, Texas. Reporting to the Director of Automation, you will be responsible for managing 20 system integrators to ensure each automation project is scheduled and executed efficiently and on-time. Almost 90% of the projects you will be working on are within the oil and gas industry so a strong background in instrumentation and controls including level sensors is a must. Although you will manage two teams of integrators shifting on/off every two weeks to perform the onsite programming, you will be their main contact should they need help onsite. As a result, our client is looking for a hands-on leader willing to roll up their sleeves. This is an opportunity where you will be rewarded for your hard work.
