Our client, a luxury jewelry designer, is looking to add an Assistant Operations Manager to their location in Dallas, TX. This location recently expanded, and they have created this position to provide more support to their Store Manager. Although you will not directly manage their Team (16), you will be the second-in-command helping to enforce best practices while achieving growth objectives. From overseeing daily operations to helping to shape overall store procedures, you can make a direct impact on a company looking to expand its already sizable footprint in the DFW area. You will be mentored by their Store Manager who has been with them for over 10 years. She is looking to invest in someone who has that fire in their belly and is passionate about the influence they can have.
