Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to add to their growing team in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, IL. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities for the sales team and Regional Vice President. Our client is looking for someone with previous administrative support experience in a B2B environment, who can maintain a high level of attention to detail while multitasking and prioritizing workloads. To be successful in this role, you must be highly organized, accurate and demonstrate sound work ethics with the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email with internal teams and customers. This opportunity requires an experienced individual with computer proficiency, excellent problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude.
