Our client in the jewelry wholesale industry is looking for an eCommerce Marketplace Manager to add to their team in New York, NY. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for expanding various aspects of eCommerce operations, managing a set of designated accounts, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring exceptional customer experience. To be considered, you must have at least two years of sales or account management experience with an eye for detail and taking initiative. Ideal candidates will have eCommerce experience dealing with major jewelry retailers (ex. Kohls, JC Penny, Macy’s, etc.). To be successful in this role, you must be able to identify new opportunities to expand existing accounts, as well as manage relationships with retailers.
