Our client, a packaging and container manufacturer, is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Supervisor to add to their team in near Fairfield, New Jersey. Reporting to the Plant Manager, your primary goal will be to ensure efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and timely delivery of products to customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, extensive experience in warehouse operations, and a proven track record of optimizing logistical processes. You will spend approximately 50% of your time on the floor overseeing daily operations and inventory counts, while the rest of your day will be spent managing order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics.
