Our client in the renewable energy manufacturing industry is looking for a VP of Operations to add to their team in Boston, MA, or Los Angeles, CA. This is a hybrid position where you have the flexibility of working from home a few days a week. In this role, you will be responsible for budget management and driving operational excellence across the business. Our client is looking for someone who can own decisions and has experience demonstrating operational success for smaller and/or startup companies. In addition, our client is looking for someone who has leadership experience or is looking to step into a leadership role. To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional communication skills and budget oversight experience.
