Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an entrepreneurial VP of Operations to add to their team in Huntington Beach, California. In this role, you will lead all production operations, drive day-to-day business initiatives, and influence the strategic direction of the company. This includes overseeing all areas of the supply chain, consisting of ~25 employees with the support of a Director of Operations and departmental Managers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding related to the production of tangible consumer goods and is well-versed in supply chain management. To be successful, you must excel in a fast-paced environment while supervising several projects simultaneously, identifying areas for business growth, and managing costs within the supply chain.
