Our client, a leading company in the equipment manufacturing industry, is looking for a VP of Manufacturing Operations to add to their team in Farmingdale, NY. You will be responsible for driving excellent manufacturing operations across the business including overseeing six direct reports and the overall efficiency of the Production, Project Management, Purchasing, and Control Panel departments. Our client is looking for someone who can own decisions and has experience demonstrating operational success in a manufacturing industry and can flourish in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you must have at least ten years of operational manufacturing and a minimum of seven years of supervisory experience.
