Our client in the agricultural industry is looking for a Technical Project Manager to add to their team near Chico, CA. This is an in-office position where you will be reporting to their office each day. You will be responsible for modernizing their current ERP system including creating a new customized system and integrating/maintaining the current systems in place. Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in customizing ERP systems with a “roll up the sleeves” mentality to take their department to the next level. With the amount of growth and new equipment for electronic sorting that will be added to their facility over the next two years, they need someone who will not make decisions from 10,000 feet above and rely on delegating every assignment to more junior level programmers. Instead, they are looking for a candidate who is on the ground floor and although they have senior level experience, do not feel they are too advanced in their career to no longer be hands-on. To be successful in this role, you must overlay their various states of data from the field to the final finished goods over their traceability system.
