Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to add to their team in Minneapolis, MN. You will be responsible for providing strategy and support within the regional market and/or focus area and overseeing a team of Specialists responsible for the day to day recruiting efforts, while spending about 20% of your time recruiting for your own requisitions. Our client is looking for someone with at least three years of hands-on recruiting experience who is not afraid to engage and talk to people, discussing a wide spectrum of varying skill sets, from light industrial to executive level roles. Ideal candidates will have experience with managing projects across multiple locations. To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable navigating difficult conversations and possess superior written and verbal communication skills.
