Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team in Alameda County, CA. This role offers work from home flexibility, but you still must be in driving distance to the Bay area with onsite expectations. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance & Accounting, you will be responsible for overseeing all general accounting systems including time clock system, ADP Payroll processing, reconciliation of payroll accounts, sales order entries, month and year end close cycles, with various GL management. To be successful in this role, you must have superior analytical skills with unparalleled attention to detail. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years of accounting experience with one year of processing ADP payroll and familiarity with MRP programs.
