Staff Accountant

Our client in the wholesale food service industry is looking for a dependable Staff Accountant to add to their team in Lodi, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, data analysis, and the preparation of monthly financial reports. The ideal candidate will have experience with GL (general ledger) accounting and will understand the impact of transactions within the system. Prior knowledge of NetSuite/Oracle systems and/or accounting experience related to inventory is preferred but not required. To be successful, you must have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and be able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
