Our client in the automation industry is looking for a Software Developer to add to their team in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. You will contribute to developing and maintaining client applications in various industrial control systems. The primary responsibilities will involve overseeing system performance, providing technical support, updating and reviewing existing programs, identifying and resolving defects, supporting data architecture, generating reports, developing in-house software, and mitigating potential risks. The ideal candidate for this position will possess exceptional coding abilities, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and effective task management capabilities. A willingness and aptitude to engineer software migration strategies from legacy to modern technology stacks such as C#, Python, and ML/AI are essential.
