Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Shop Supervisor to add to their team in Pottstown, PA. You will be responsible for all production and manufacturing operations on the shop floor. Our client is looking for someone with at least five years of manufacturing industry experience with previous experience managing a team. To be successful in this role, you must be extremely organized, have a hands-on management style and have strong communication skills.
