Shipping Lead – Warehouse Operations

Our client, a luxury manufacturer of travel goods, is looking for a Shipping Lead to join their team in Naples, FL. Their US operations are on a smaller scale with a 5,000 square-foot facility. Over the course of the week, you will see a variety of raw materials and finished goods being sent to and from their facility in Naples as well as their factory overseas. Given their smaller US operations, this is an individual contributor role where you will not be managing a team. This is an individual contributor role with high impact. You’ll ensure all shipping and receiving initiatives are taken care of efficiently. You’ll be brought up to speed on their processes from their current team member who is retiring.
