Reporting to the Senior Service Manager, you will be responsible for defining the scope of work for maintenance and customer service needs. With a focus on managing delivery dates, you will create estimates for service requests, achieve customer approval, and manage service jobs throughout the project. The ideal candidate will be organized and have exceptional customer service skills, as well as be a self-starter that works well individually with minimal assistance.
