You will lead custom seasoning product development and contribute to quality control within a lab-based environment. This hands-on role involves working with a wide array of ingredients and developing seasoning solutions for meat, poultry, sauces, and snacks while collaborating with sales to meet customer requests and supervising one technician. The ideal candidate has a strong R&D background with a variety of food ingredients and flavor profiles in product development, from concept through manufacturing, and a working knowledge of food safety regulations.
