Our client, a leading manufacturer of circuit boards & PCBs used in the aerospace and defense industries, is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to join their team in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. In this strategic role, you will develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs across four locations. Initially, this will be an individual contributor role with indirect reports, focusing on establishing enhanced quality programs. As these programs are implemented, future responsibilities will expand to include team management and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has strong experience developing quality systems in manufacturing environments, related to electronic assemblies, and has experience working directly with suppliers on product issues.
