Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Sr. Project/Design Engineer to add to their team just east of Hartford, CT. In this role, you will design and develop innovative custom and standard products to meet customer needs and solve complex engineering challenges related to drive technology. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience and enjoy a role that is a mix of shop floor support, design, and project management. To be successful, you must be hands-on, team-oriented, flexible to handle changing business needs, and able to lead Engineering projects from inception through completion.
