Senior National Sales Manager

Our client, a global agriculture equipment manufacturer, is looking for a Sr. National Sales Manager to join their team in the US. Overseeing both Regional Sales Managers (8) and a Support Team (6), you’ll work with the Executive Leadership Team to optimize this division’s dealer channel and go to market strategy. They’re looking for someone who not only understands the wholesale model but also embraces all pathways to get to a customer. Someone who can keep their dealer network engaged while strategizing more progressive ways to go to market through a more OEM direct selling and delivery process in cooperation with a dealer group. You’ll play a key role during a time of transformation. Given the scope of the role, they’re looking for leaders who want to build with them.
