Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to add to their team in Milpitas, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, directing, and coordinating the policies, activities, and staff of the HR department. This includes ensuring legal compliance and the implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy. To be considered for this role, you must possess at least 15 years of full-cycle HR experience, as well as experience working with companies in Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, or Singapore. To thrive in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong supervisory and leadership abilities, in addition to effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
