Our client in the semiconductor manufacturing industry is seeking a Semiconductor Packaging Lead to join their team in Richardson, TX. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and perform critical tasks involved in packaging semiconductor components, including assembly, inspection, and testing. Your goal will be to prioritize production schedules to align with the sales pipeline and collaborate with the FAB department to ensure materials are available. To be successful, you must have hands-on experience in semiconductor packaging processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
