Our client, a global leader in custom manufacturing, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Roanoke, VA. In this role, you’ll lead a growing team of Sales Engineers, manage strategic initiatives, and directly handle some key accounts. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in shaping the company’s future and market direction. This position blends team leadership (75%) with hands-on selling (25%) as you build long-term partnerships, oversee quoting strategies, and drive performance in a highly collaborative environment. Ideal candidates will have excellent leadership skills and experience in B2B Manufacturing sales..
