Our client is looking for a Reliability Engineering Manager to add to their team in Union County, NC. Your main focus in this role will be to ensure equipment is running as it should – keeping in mind both rate of production and quality levels. You will manage maintenance team members and will oversee maintenance needs and generate improvement plans to achieve higher performance on the lines. If you have experience working with plastic, are skilled with electronics (PLCs, drives, controls), and are mechanically inclined, you could be a great addition to the team.
