Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a proactive Quality Manager to add to their team in Codington County, SD. You will be responsible for developing and leading effective quality control processes, correcting and preventing quality concerns while ultimately monitoring their compliance. Additionally, you will be tasked with improving their flow of information to decrease bottlenecks on the support side. Ideal candidates are process-driven with a six sigma or lean background who will provide guidance on what to track and how to analyze that data to drive decisions. With recent new leadership, you will now have the right support to drive a culture that fosters efficiency to ensure measurable deliverables result in meaningful, cost-saving improvements.
