Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join their team in Champaign, IL. You will be responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of inspection activities, detection of quality issues, and the resolution of defective products to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction are achieved. Additionally, you will oversee and guide two QA representatives who will help monitor production activities. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of QA experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Beyond the bullets below, our client is looking for a candidate who has the confidence in their abilities to take control and own their results while still being receptive to new ideas and feedback. To be successful in this role, you must be a process-driven team-player who can easily adapt to changes or obstacles when they arise.
