Our client in the commercial equipment construction industry is seeking a fully remote Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team. In this role, you will manage the procurement of materials needed for building and installing outdoor commercial playgrounds and recreational spaces. As a distributor without inventory, you’ll oversee a vendor and contractor team of up to 40, many of whom are long-term partners. The ideal candidate is analytical, skilled at fostering cohesion across business segments, and capable of holding vendors accountable. You should be comfortable using KPIs to make strategic decisions that reduce lead times and costs. Success in this role depends on your ability to bridge gaps across departments and promote operational efficiency, especially during a busy season with up to $1MM/month in projects.
