Project Manager, Commercial Construction - Glass/Glazing

Our client, in the commercial construction industry is looking for an experienced Project Manager to add to their team. Working directly with general contractors and owners, you will be responsible for overseeing daily management of commercial glass and glazing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are being executed on time and within budget. Our client is looking for someone with at least three years of project management experience for a commercial glass/glazing contractor managing commercial construction projects ranging from $200k-$3M or more. To be successful in this role, you must have technical expertise in preparing construction documents, negotiation of contracts and budgeting with the ability to plan, organize, execute, and change plans on the fly if needed. 95% of projects are located within downtown Seattle or Bellevue, WA and semi-regular visits to the jobsites is necessary.
