Description Our client in the food distribution industry is looking for a Production Supervisor to add to their team in San Pedro, CA. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for executing the production plan, including managing the production team, all machinery, equipment, and processes. The desired candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and have at least 3 years of supervisory experience within the manufacturing industry. Production Supervisor (Spanish Bilingual req.) Responsibilities • Monitor daily production and quality control performance records • Identify inefficiencies and take corrective actions • Establish expectations for staff and manage accordingly • Delegate work responsibilities to production team • Train employees on safety rules, GMP, and SOPs • Coordinate and supervise flow of production floor • Oversee all documentation for production records to ensure accuracy and completion • Communicate necessary equipment repairs to maintenance and management team Production Supervisor (Spanish Bilingual req.) Qualifications • 3+ years of supervisory experience in the manufacturing industry required • English and Spanish written and verbal fluency required • Food industry experience required • Safety knowledge of GMP’s and OSHA required • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office • HACCP certification a plus
