Our client, in advanced cooling solutions, is looking for an experienced Production Manager to drive the success of their manufacturing facility in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining production efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery for cooling systems that support mission critical environments. Initially, you will be tasked with supporting the set-up and layout of equipment in the new facility, and help build the production team, before focusing on the actual production process and fulfilling orders. Qualified candidates will have a background in manufacturing operations and management with experience in production planning, process optimization, and team leadership. Excellent organizational and project management skills will be essential to success in addition to excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
