Collaborating directly with the COO, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating production activities, plant maintenance, and general management of processing materials and manufacturing products. To be successful in this role, you must have plastics molding and manufacturing experience and exceptional leadership skills. Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated background balancing team member inspiration with maintaining profitable production results.
