Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to add to their team in York, PA. Although our client is small in terms of team size (25 company-wide, 5 direct reports), their results are impressive. They identify as precision craftsmen and given the level of detail; this isn’t a high-volume manufacturing environment. Instead,you’ll work in a lower-pressure, less intenseatmospherewith amuch better work/life balancetypically keeping to an eight-hour workday. Given the scope of their clients, this is a key role managing workflow across assembly, inspection, and machine shop operations.
