Our client is looking for a skilled and passionate leader to be their new Production Manager in Phoenix, AZ. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating daily production activities required to produce jobs/products in an HVAC sheet metal manufacturing environment. You will act as the shop leader for “Lean Innovation” and will work closely with the other managers of the company to carry out the policies and goals, including customer service, purchasing, scheduling, and shipping. To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in HVAC sheet metal fab. Ideal candidates will be experienced managers with exposure to a variety of different fab departments.
