Our client in the food & beverage production industry is looking to add a Production Manager to their team near Broomfield, CO. Reporting to the COO, you’ll lead a production team made up of 7-10 employees and will play a hands-on role in daily operations. This position offers a high level of autonomy and ownership, with minimal bureaucracy and the ability to make real decisions without layers of red tape. You will oversee all aspects of brewing and production, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality output while managing costs and efficiency. This is a highly hands-on leadership role, with 50%+ of your time spent on the production floor.
