Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Production Associate to add to their team in Greater Cleveland Metro. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting multiple production lines to meet quality standards and achieve production targets. You will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of manufacturing processes. Our client is looking for a hands-on individual with a team-oriented mindset who is willing to grow the department. Note: This position is offered as a 4-day work week, 10 hours per day, with occasional overtime on Fridays as needed.
